We are taking online payments: Please have your name, address, account number, pin number (located on the large section of the bill at the top left hand side)and e-mail address information ready to complete the automated payment system.  After you register you will receive your utility bills electronically.  If you wish to receive a paper bill also please contact the City Clerk's Office at 320-562-2518.  Please use the Pay My Bill tab on the task bar of the Home page to access your bill information.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE AND RECYCLING CART OUT ON THE STREET AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN EMPTIED.  THE CITY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT CANNOT CLEAN THE STREET PROPERLY WITH THE CARTS IN THE STREET. 

REMINDER THE SNOWBIRD ORDINANCE WILL BE IN EFFECT ON NOVEMBER 1ST OR AFTER THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL, YOU MAY NOT PARK ON THE CITY STREETS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 AM AND 6:00 AM OR UNTIL THE STREET IS PLOWED CURB TO CURB.  ANY VEHICLE PARKED ON A CITY STREET DURING A DECLARED SNOW EMERGENCY SHALL BE DECLARED A “SNOW BIRD”.   A DECLARED SNOW EMERGENCY IS AFTER TWO OR MORE INCHES OF SNOW HAS ACCUMULATED.
